Temperature Solutions

|  Our line of digital temperature sensors is expanding! We have the TSYS01 and the TSYS02 temperature sensor chips from Measurement Specialties.
The TSYS01 is a versatile, new technology temperature sensor chip. The TSYS01 provides factory-calibrated temperature information. It includes a temperature sensing chip and a 24-bit ADC. Highly accurate temperature information (±0.1°C) and high resolution results from the 24 bit ADC and factory calibration. It interfaces to any microcontroller via I2C or SPI protocol.
The TSYS02 Series is a single chip temperature sensor. It provides factory calibrated data corresponding to the measured temperature with an accuracy of ±0.2°C. 3 models are available: - The TSYS02P provides a PWM output. Resolution is 0.01°C.
- The TSYS02S provides a SDM output. The SDM signal is a pulse sequence that may be converted into an analog voltage by a discrete low pass filter. Resolution is less than 0.1°C.
- The TSYS02D provides an I2C interface. Resolution is 0.01°C.
The temperature range for all models is -40°C to +125°C. In addition, custom solutions utilizing a thermistor is also available. Contact Servoflo with details about your needs.

| Oxygen Sensors & Sensor Modules | |  Servoflo offers both oxygen sensor modules and individual oxygen sensors.
For modules, there are the FCX-MLXX and the FCX-MCXX oxygen systems. The sensor module FCX-MLXX is a complete solution for measuring oxygen within the range of 0.1 - 25%. The sensor and electronics are integrated on one board. The microcontroller linearizes the sensor signal and provides an analog output of 4- 20 mA. The FCX-MCXX is similar except the oxygen sensing range can go up to 95%.
For individual oxygen sensors, Servoflo offers both the sensor only or a sensor with a control board. Accuracies of +/- 0.5% oxygen concentration are standard with the sensor only products. With oxygen sensor plus controller, accuracies of +/- 1% F.S. are standard. Chemical cells sold by competitors run typically 2 to 5%. Model selection includes:
- FCX-U .1 to 25% O2 Sensor Only
- FCX-UW .1 to 95% O2 Sensor Only
- FCX-MV .1 to 25% O2 Control Module w/sensor, logarithmic output
- FCX-MVL same as FCX-MV except also includes linearizer pcb
- FCX-MW .1 to 95% O2 Control Module w/sensor, logarithmic output
- FCX-MWL same as FCX-MW except also includes linearizer pcb

Humidity Sensors

Humidity sensors continue to be a growing market. Servoflo offers a wide variety of humidity sensors and modules, including digital and analog versions. Here are a few examples:
HTU21D: I2C communication, small DFN package, 3X3 mm HYT271: HYT271 combines the advantages of a precise, capacitive humidity sensor with the high integration density and functionality of an ASIC. I2C interface provides humidity and temperature measurement. HYT221: Similar to HYT271, digital output HYT221 has splashproof housing with a protection filter and waterproof membrane filter. HYT939: Digital output, for compressed air applications. Hermetically sealed, TO39 package. KFS140D: The KFS 140-D is a capacitive humidity sensor with a wide range of applications, low hysteresis and linear characteristics. HTG3500: Direct interface with a micro-controller is made possible with the module's humidity linear voltage and direct NTC outputs. Low power consumption.

Many sensors and other types of measurement change with barometric pressure. Proper compensation is critical. Whether installed in an instrument or room level, barometric pressure sensors ensure that your environmental monitoring is accurate!
Our broad range of barometric pressure sensor solutions include amplified, digital outputs to unamplified models. Ported and unported models also available.
