Contact lens fit night January 23

 World Sight Day

If you wear contact lenses (or always wanted to) and are having trouble seeing clearly enough to read comfortably, you will be very interested in our upcoming event.  On January 23 from 6 to 8 PM at our Crowfoot location, we will give you the opportunity to try one of the most recent advances in contact lens technology - the Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia.

Often people find they need to give up contact lenses when the eye starts losing the ability to focus at close range.  Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia is a disposable contact lens that allows for simultaneous vision at both near and far distances.

For this event only we are reducing our professional fees by 50%.  Space is limited so please call now (403-286-0888) to reserve your spot.  Previous contact lens wear is not necessary however we do need an updated eye exam (less than a year old) to determine your suitability to wear this lens.

Routine exam finds eye problem in MVO staff member

As you know our exam technology is designed to pick up the earliest signs of eye disease.  Recently one of our optometric assistants - Lyndsey, who works at our Crowfoot location - had an optomap retinal scan which led to a diagnosis requiring immediate surgery.

Lyndsey has kindly offered to tell her story which you can read by clicking here.
