A firm in need of a state-of-the-art boardroom table, conference table, credenzas and a reception desk for its New York offices recently turned to WallGoldfinger for this custom work.
Designed by Gensler in New York, this collection of conference and reception furniture stands apart for its cool, modern look of white solid surfacing, cobalt blue glass, and polished and brushed stainless steel.
Among this unique, custom work was a 23-foot skewed boat-shaped table with straight sides. The table featured a Caesarstone "blizzard" solid surface top with a brushed stainless steel inlay framing microphones and power and data boxes. The full base was done in quartered maple veneer with custom "Chantilly lace" paint.
Built to accompany this table and the room design was an approximately 22-foot angled credenza, also featuring the same solid surfacing as well as maple veneer and solid maple finished with white opaque lacquer. ญญ
A 7-foot round conference table with a 42-inch drum base featured the same solid surfacing, brushed stainless steel hatch lids and painted base. And an accompanying 10-foot credenza also of solid surfacing and white lacquer matched.
The standout reception desk varied in materials and was unique for WallGoldfinger. L-shaped and spanning 8 feet in each direction, this desk features white Formica work surfaces and cabinets. Surrounding it, however, is a cobalt blue annealed, low iron glass panels framed in polished stainless steel.
The pictures tell the tale of how these pieces of white, blue and stainless steel came together to match this company's modern look.
