On the 13th floor of the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue in New York City sits a WallGoldfinger showroom meant to both inspire custom design and give architects and clients a hands-on experience, particularly with WallGoldfinger's Arbor and Summit reconfigurable table lines.
While a custom corporate furniture maker with the breadth of experience of WallGoldfinger could never show all of its capabilities in a confined space, the showroom has images and concept illustrations to trigger the imagination. Finish and edge samples, along with a gorgeous stone credenza, show quality and diversity of materials. And new prototypes of power and data options, such as apron power with a retractable lid and the Covert Glide under table power solution, are on display.
Arbor tables with their removable legs and compact upright storage carts are also on display as is a Summit tilt-top table. Visitors to the showroom can tilt the Summit, retract its casters and see its ease of movement and use. They can remove the Arbor's legs - with no tools required, feel its light weight, and see how it gangs and stores.
