Dear Quilters and Quilt Lovers,

The Berkeley Public Library 2015 Quilt Show will be the 34th Annual! We will proudly display quilts at Central Library and share the quilt show joy with rotating displays of smaller quilts at our branch libraries from May 1st through June 7, 2015.

Participation is first come, first served and registration is now open!  We welcome all quilters and all quilt styles. Our show is fun, casual, non-juried and non-themed. 

We gladly accept:

• Up to 6 quilts, size not to exceed 6' x 6' (determined by lottery March 15, 2015)

• Up to 14 quilts, size not to exceed 3' x 3' (determined by lottery March 15, 2015)

• 6 quilts, size not to exceed 12" x 12"

• 10 quilts, size not to exceed 8" x 8"

• Up to 60 "postcard quilts",  4" x 6" or 3" x 5"

Quilts accepted at the library from April 21-25: 

Bring your labeled and sleeved (3"sleeve) quilt to the Story Room on the 4th floor of the Central Library, 2090 Kittredge (at Shattuck), Berkeley, and fill out this form  online to tell us about your quilt! What inspired your work, what is your quilt's story? We include this information in a quilt catalog at the library. If you prefer, you can fill out a paper form when you drop off your quilt.

Email us with questions or complete the online form prior to  drop off on:

Tuesday, April 21, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. OR Saturday, April 25, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Quilts will be available for pick-up on Thursday, June 11, between 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Central Library, 5th floor. You may designate another person to pick up your quilt, as long as that person has written permission from you. If you can't pick up your quilt at this time, please let us know.
