Freedom's 'Common Sense' Approach is the Answer for Duane Boucher

Duane Boucher
Boucher Real Estate
For Duane Boucher, Principal Broker at Boucher Real Estate in Woonsocket, banking is personal. Boucher had worked with Anthony Botelho for many years, so when he joined Freedom National Bank as its President, Duane knew he had a bank with which he would be comfortable doing business.

"Having built a relationship of respect and trust with Anthony Botelho over the years, we knew Freedom would be a natural fit for us," he said.

Boucher likes Freedom National Bank's ability to remain small and personal, while navigating a complex economic landscape.

"In today's real estate business climate there is no such thing as a normal, traditional transaction," said Boucher. "It is important to work with a community bank that can weigh the merits of each transaction on a case by case basis and find ways to keep deals together with a common sense approach to financing."

Boucher sees his relationship with Freedom National Bank as a true partnership.

"They demonstrate to their customers that our success is their success," added Boucher.
Earn Up to 2.50 Percent with
Reward Checking

Looking for a high rate of interest, and no fees?

Consider Freedom National Bank's Reward Checking, a high-yield checking account that pays an "above-average" interest rate on balances when certain criteria are met. On balances of $25,000 and lower, customers can earn a 2.50 percent Annual percentage yield (APY), when they meet certain criteria each month.

"There are a number of additional benefits to the Reward Checking program, including online banking and bill pay,  ATM refunds, and a free debit card," said  Andrea White, Vice President at Freedom National Bank.

To qualify, a customer must complete 10 debit card (point of sale) transactions monthly, be enrolled in e-statements and log on to online banking. Do those three things, and you will earn the 2.50 percent APY on balances up to $25,000.

You only need a $25 minimum deposit to open the account.  Click here to learn more about the program, qualifications and benefits.
Our People: Andrea White

When Andrea White arrived at Freedom National Bank in November of 2011, she knew immediately that she was going to love the bank's approach to doing business.

"Decision making is local here," she said. "There aren't layers and layers of bureaucracy to  work through. Decisions can be made quickly."

For White, Vice President of Retail/Small Business Banking, that's an approach that makes her job much easier - and more enjoyable.

"We have the experience and the professionals who can assist each customer with any banking need." said White. "And most importantly, we have money to lend them!"

"We're doing everything we can to tell the Freedom story in the community about how we can help the local economy grow, and at the same time, help the bank grow with it," she said.
