Greetings!

Are you having any issues with your Raster® Braille Pen?  We have some pointers and helpful guides to help you through any troubleshooting you may need!
Don't Bend Your Flap!

1. The Raster® Braille Pen should always be held VERTICALLY (not at an angle) when inserting Raster® Spheres into Braille holes.

2. Bent flaps will also occur if the pen is slid across the sign substrate instead of lifted up off of the sign surface and placed directly over the next hole.

3. If your pen is attached to your machine and the Raster® Spheres are not inserting correctly STOP before you bend your flap.

4.  If the Spheres are not staying in the holes 100% of the time:

a.  Check your depth

b.  Make sure you are using all Accent supplies

c.  Slow down the RPMs on your spindle
