I want to congratulate the 2014 "Build A Home" Project Team of Jerry Guildner (NR), Mike Thurman (NR), Crystal Watson-Ausencio (NR), Clayton Block (NR), Julie Flood (NR), Patricia Bollinger (NR), David Sanna (NCM), Samuel Oketch (NCM) and Janet Achieng (NCM) for a very successful trip!  [Nehemiah's Restoration (NR), Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM)]

The team spent seven days on the ground in the region of Kisumu, Kenya building two "Build A Home" projects for orphaned children and their extended families, conducted two Vacation Bible Schools for approximating 100 primary school children, trained 20 Sunday School Teachers and assisted me in leadership training of 60 pastors and volunteers.

Additionally, we conducted dedication services at the construction sites and fed around 150 people, plus presented the Gospel and saw numerous people accept Jesus Christ as their Savoir.

On a Sunday morning service at a church in Malunga, I got the awesome privilege to baptize 30 people in the name of Christ and dedicated 8 babies to the Lord!

Finally, we visited numerous community project sites being developed through the joint efforts of NR and NCM.

I'd say all-in-all, that was a very successful trip!  The following are some picture clips of our week together!
