 2014-2015 NorCal State Cup Champions Crowned!!

 

 

The 2014/2015 edition of the NorCal State Cup for the U9-U13 age groups exceeded expectations again!  

  • Over 1400 team via for State Championship
  • Over 160 clubs were represented
  • Over 250 trophies were presented, recognizing all levels of soccer

Congratulations to all the team that won Championships, there can only be 1 State Cup Champion!! Here are the State Cup Champions for the NorCal State Cup U9-U13 2014-2015 season:

 

 
  U9girlsU9 Girls NorCal State Cup Champion

 Pleasanton Rage 05 Orange

 

Pleasanton Rage 05 Orange was ranked 1st place going into the 3rd round of NorCal State Cup.  They made their way to the final courtesy of victories over Palo Alto Soccer Club 06GBlue in the quarterfinal match, and Ajax United Jrs 06G Green in the semifinal match.  
In the Championship game, Rage defeated San Juan Spirit 06 Racheal to clinch U9 Girls title. Great Job Ladies!

U9boysU9 Boys NorCal State Cup Champion

Barcelona Bay Area Academy 05B

  

Barcelona Bay Area Academy 05B claimed the NorCal State Cup Championship after starting the competition ranked 2nd in the division.  They made their way to the finals with victories over Walnut Creek Soccer Club Everton 05 in the quarterfinal match and Lobitos Koritas 05B in the semifinal match.  

 

In the championship game, Barcelona defeated Ajax United 06B Green to claim U9 Boys title. Great Job Boys!!

U10girlsU10 Girls NorCal State Cup Champion

Juventus Sole Black 04

 

Juventus Sole Black 04 claimed the NorCal State Cup Championship after starting the competition ranked 1st in the division.  On the way to the final, Juventus defeated Pleasanton Rage 04 Orange in the quarterfinal match and San Juan Spirits 05 Blue in the semifinals.  


 

In the championship game, Juventus claimed the title with a 4-0 victory over the Mustang Rapids. Great job Ladies!!

 U10boysU10 Boys NorCal State Cup Champion

Barcelona Bay Area Academy 04


 

Barcelona Bay Area Academy 04 Boys claimed the NorCal State Cup Championship after being ranked 2nd going into the 3rd round.
Barcelona defeated Stanislaus United Soccer Club Falcones in the quarterfinals and San Jose Earthquakes in the semifinal game. 
 
The championship match was a battle with Napa Sport SC Olympico U9. Great job Barcelona!

U11girlsU11 Girls NorCal State Cup Champion

 Santa Rosa United Hurricanes


 The Santa Rosa United Hurricanes were ranked 6th at the start of NorCal State Cup in August. Entering the 3rd round, they had moved in to first place and managed to hang on to that lead all the way through to the finals. The Hurricanes edged out the Mustang Matrix in the quarterfinals, Pleasanton Rage 03 Orange in the semifinals, and then defeated San Juan Soccer Club Spirits 04 Blue for the championship. The Hurricanes came away with a 4-3 victory during a torrential downpour! Great Job Ladies!

U11boysU11 Boys NorCal State Cup Champion

FOSC American River Revolution 04-SF

 

 

FOSC American River Revolution 04-SF were ranked 3rd going into the 3rd round. They made their way to the finals by defeating Evolution FC (S.F.) 03B Black in the quarterfinal match and FC Elk Grove 04 B Navy in the semifinals.  

 

In the championship match, FOSC claimed the title with a 3-2 victory over Mill Valley Soccer Club Fusion 04. Great job Revolution!

U12girlsU12 Girls NorCal State Cup Champion

Placer United Soccer Club 03G Gold

 

Placer was ranked 5th going into the 3rd round matches. They outmatched IR Academy Storm in the quarterfinals and Force 02G Blue in the semifinals. Placer came away with a 3-2 victory over West Cost SC Fury to claim the championship. Great job Ladies!!

U12boysU12 Boys NorCal State Cup Champion

Santa Rosa United Celtic


 
The Celtic came into the 3rd round in 3rd place.  They made their way to the finals by defeating Cal Odyssey 02BR in the quarterfinal match and Turlock FC Jrs United 03 in the semifinal match. The championship game saw SRU stride past Evolution FC (S.F.) 02B Black to a 3-2 victory. Great job SRU!!

U13girlsU13 Girls NorCal State Cup Champion

FC Elk Grove 02 G Navy

 

Entering the final round of competition in 6th place, Elk Grove did well to make their way to the championship match!  They defeated Juventus Ragazze in the quarterfinals and San Juan Soccer Club Spirits 02 in the semifinals.  They came away with a 2-1 victory over Mustang Legends 01 G to claim the title.  Great job Elk Grove!

U13boysU13 Boys NorCal State Cup Champion 

 Turlock FC Elite


 

Heading into the 3rd round, Turlock was ranked 7th. They charged past Atlas Academy (Merced) 01B in the quarterfinals and Sagebrush SC United Red 01 in the semifinals. Meeting El Camino Real FC Salinas Galaxy in the finals, Turlock came away with a 2-1 victory to claim the U13 title. Great Job Turlock!!
