June has been a busy month for all with school letting out for the summer, graduations, etc.
On June 12th we had a great time at the WCBA dinner meeting held at The Copper Dock. A special thank you to speaker Sue Gresham who presented ideas on how to increase your business through the use of LinkedIn.

2014 Tour of Homes begins July 12th!
 Make your plans to visit this year's Tour of Homes! Get out and enjoy the TEN models presented by seven area home builders beginning Saturday, July 12th.
This year's participating home builders are:
- Bielinski Homes
- Cobblestone Builders
- Cobblestone Custom Homes
- Joseph Douglas Homes
- Miracle Homes
- Tim O'Brien Homes
- Winfield Homes
The dates and hours of the 2014 Tour of Homes are:
- Saturday, July 12th: 1 pm to 5 pm
- Sunday, July 13th: 1 pm to 5 pm
- Wednesday, July 16th: 6 pm to 8 pm
- Saturday, July 19th: 1 pm to 5 pm
- Sunday, July 20th: 1 pm to 5 pm
To view and download a map of this year's models, click MAP or visit the WCBA website at www.wcba-wi.org and click on the link you will find on our homepage.
Bingo game cards are also available to view on the WCBA website. These bingo game cards will be available for pick up at each model. Visitors who collect stamps from all 10 homes on the Bingo game card will be entered into a drawing for 3 cash prizes; $200 first prize, and two $100 runner-up prizes. Winners will be notified the week following the event.

2nd Annual Slinger Speedway Outing
What could be more fun than being with your fellow WCBA members? Being with them at the VIP Suite at the Slinger Speedway September 1st for the 2nd Annual WCBA Slinger Speedway Outing!
Come join us for racing excitement, food, beverages and fireworks all for just $40 per person. If that isn't tempting enough, you can also take a tour of the pits and see the behind the scenes action or sign up for a seat in the pace car as the racers get ready to go for the checkered flag.
Due to space restrictions this offer is limited and only 40 tickets will be available, ticket holders must be at least 16 years of age. This is a first come first served event so don't delay and call, sign up through constant contact, or email me today to reserve your spot.

Hopefully all our member builders and related businesses are fully entrenched in construction activity now that summer is finally upon us. Most indicators showed that we had a delay in consumer interest with the long winter but things are now starting to rebound in new construction.
It certainly was great to see new faces at the June 12th general meeting held at The Copper Dock. Great food and networking opportunities were enjoyed by all that attended. Besides good food and conversation we also learned about the proper usage of LinkedIn from Sue Gresham and how to optimize your profile.
Have a great summer and see you at the next general meeting on September 11th.
