| 2013 WCBA Expo Update|
by Jeff Feyrer, Expo Committee Chair
Another month has gone by and the 2013 Expo will be here before we know it. All the details are in the process of being finalized. The dates are Feburary 15-17, 2013 and again held at the Washington County Fair Park Pavilion
We will again have Seminars, but instead of having the Seminars in a back room where they have not been attended very well, they will be in the middle for more participation for the attendees. We will have child face painting and new this year, we will have a landscaping display in the center, as the main layout will stay the same as last year.
Don't miss out on displaying at this years event, as this years show is set to be one of the best. The application is available from the WCBA website event page or you can register online.
If any members have any input, or suggestions for this years Expo, please don't hesitate to contact one of the WCBA board members or the Expo Director, Jeff Feyrer @ 262-305-1673 or by e-mail Jtf71961@yahoo.com . See you there!

| A Message from the WCBA|
President, Dirk Wildt
At this time of year I as many do reflect on the year past and what lies ahead. In our business as a home builder 2012 we saw an increase not only in traffic through our model homes but also a renewed interest in new construction as well as homes being contracted. Almost everything I read about home construction for 2013 shows an upward trend and increased consumer confidence. Let us hope that all the economic forces lead in this direction so that 2013 prevails as a turning point for not only new construction but all businesses as well. May the New Year bring you prosperity, and good health.
