Just Add One Initiative Fueling Job Creation

As the Office of Economic Development we are committed to helping business create jobs for our community. Although the Riverside metro region ranked number one for job growth in 2013, up 4% year-over-year from 2012 to 2013, there is still work to be done to help close the unemployment gap.

Just Add One (JAO) is an initiative coordinated by the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) that builds a collaborative member network of community partners across the country that work collectively within their respective labor markets to provide small businesses with tools, strategies and solutions to help them "add just one" employee. (Read more...)
