Lee & Associates Riverside Releases Second Quarter Industrial Market Summary 

The Riverside office of Lee & Associates, the nation's largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm, has released its second quarter 2013 Industrial Market Summary for manufacturing/ distribution buildings for the East Valley Market of Inland Southern California.

The summary reports that the second quarter, following stabilization in 2012, shows  exceptional activity and absorption figures to continue, comparable to those of the previous quarter. Both activity and gross absorption remain strong in the second quarter continuing the stabilized market trends. Absorption in 2012 of just over 12 million square feet surpassed the figures seen in 2011, a trend that is expected to continue throughout 2013, with second  quarters absorption posting 4.4 million square feet, and a year-to-date absorption at almost 7.8 million square feet. (Read more...)

Value of Inland Southern California Exports Rising

The value of goods manufactured in Inland Southern California and shipped to other countries increased in 2012, placing the area on a list of cities that expanded those markets, Department of Commerce data shows.

Manufacturers in San Bernardino and Riverside counties sent about $8 billion worth of goods abroad in 2012, a report released Thursday, July 11 found. It represents an increase of $916 million, or 13 percent, from 2011. (Read more...)

The Riverside Regents program has been designed to cultivate the relationship between the City of Riverside Office of Economic Development, residential real estate agents and those looking to purchase a home in Riverside.
