Ann Stranges is a REALTOR® with Charles Real Estate in Calgary, AB and develops the website, www.SearchCondosCalgary.com that was created to provide buyers with an industry-leading platform for finding the perfect home. Prior to real estate, Ann accepted a soccer scholarship to a NCAA Division I university in Louisiana and later transferred to the University of Calgary to complete her Kinesiology degree, and continue her athletic career as a CIS athlete. Since becoming an Assistant Coach of the University of Calgary Women's soccer team, Ann provides the team with knowledge and experience after demonstrating a successful balance between academics and athletics, shown by attaining both the American and Canadian All-Academic awards.
 
Ann's unmatched competitive spirit and work ethic cultivated through sport translate into her real estate practice because she never settles for second best. In addition to being an active role model for varsity athletes, Ann enjoys giving back to the community and those around her as she regularly volunteers at Making Changes, an organization dedicated to creating futures for women and young girls.
 
Although Ann was born and raised in Niagara Falls, ON, she keeps her family close to her heart. Ann is the daughter of Frank and Diane, and is the youngest of three, with older brother and sister, Michael and Angela.
