I want to thank you for your feedback regarding eSAIL, Chesapeake's underwriting management system.
Your comments and recommendations guided us in making important changes to eSAIL, which went into effect September 14, 2015.

On September 14, 2015, I emailed an "eSAIL Update" to all agency principals and producers with whom we do business.  The update contained links to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that explained enhancements to policy workflows and the remittance process. You can read the FAQs here. The eSAIL Training section of the Agent Home page was also updated at that time to outline these changes. Revised Key Terms and Key Statuses, along with a new workflow chart, were also included for further clarification. Please be sure to share this and all eSAIL Updates with the eSAIL users on your staff.

Please contact your Territorial Account Executive or Underwriter if you have questions or need assistance with eSAIL. And please keep sharing your feedback with us. We're listening.
