 Here at Bestpass, we're always adding new things: new toll roads, new ways to save our clients money, and new clients to the Bestpass family - just to name a few. As we grow our client roster, we need to be able to add new employees to ensure we're continually able to provide the best service possible - but we're running out of room! That is why we are excited to announce that we're moving!
Beginning September 3rd, should you need to return transponders (or would like to stop by for a cup of coffee!) you can find us at the following address:

We will be closing up shop and moving into the new office on Friday, September 5th. Support and Sales will both be unavailable that Friday only. Our web portal will be unavailable from Friday, September 5th through Sunday, September 7th. We will be back up and running from our new location on Monday, September 8th.

NFBC Added!
We are pleased to announce that beginning August 16th, the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission (NFBC) managed bridges will be a part of the Bestpass toll service, as it joins the E-ZPass group.
The new addition means that Rainbow, Whirlpool and the Lewiston-Queenston bridges are all covered under your BESTPASS transponder!

E-ZPass Email Phishing Scam!
Bestpass warns its customers of an email scam going around that is attempting to steal personal information, disguised as an EZ-Pass request from payment of unpaid tolls.
We advise you not to open or respond to such a message and the safest thing to do is simply delete the email.

Operation: Big Wheels for Heroes
|
|
The New York State Motor Truck Association (NYSMTA) and Bestpass, Inc. will be hosting our first Operation: Big Wheels for Heroes event on September 27th, 2014.
Operation: Big Wheels for Heroes is a 'touch-a-truck' style fundraiser to benefit Wreaths Across America - a charitable organization that honors America's Veterans during the Holiday Season, as well as throughout the year.
Join Bestpass at Colonie Center Mall, Sears parking lot, for a day of family fun, good eats, giveaways, and larger than life trucks!
