NC Quick Pass & NCPass

Expanded Toll Service Area
 Starting January 2013, your BESTPASS transponder now functions on all toll facilities in North Carolina. North Carolina's electronic toll service, NC Quick Pass, is fully compatible with your BESTPASS transponder.
You don't need to do anything to begin using this service: toll usage will flow through the prepaid portion of your BESTPASS account automatically. Please note that North Carolina's toll facilities are all electronic. There are no manned toll booths.

NCPass v.s. NC Quick Pass: I'm so confused!
With all the "passes" out there, it's no wonder there is some confusion over what does what.
NC Quick Pass is the electronic tolling service offered by North Carolina Turnpike Authority. As of January 3, 3013, any tolls incurred in North Carolina will automatically flow through your BESTPASS account. If you receive a bill for tolls in North Carolina through any other agency, please contact BESTPASS customer support.
 NCPass is the weigh station bypass system for commercial carriers in North Carolina. It is independent of the NC Quick Pass system. However, if you are currently paying a yearly fee for bypass service trough NCPass and would like to have these charges combined and billed through your existing BESTPASS account, we can do that for no additional fee! Download Toll Usage by Individual Transponder
 Many of you have been asking to be able to quickly view toll usage by individual transponder. Now, you can!
The latest release of my.BESTPASS.com has been upgraded to include the ability to filter usage by transponder. By entering a transponder number on your account and specifying a date range or selecting an individual invoice, you can easily review the usage for that particular device. Leave the transponder number blank to view all activity for the selected period.

Jennifer Trippany - Customer Service
 Meet BESTPASS Team member, Jennifer Trippany, one of our Customer Support & Transponder Inventory Control Associates. Jenn joined our Customer Support Team on July 30, 2012. Prior to BESTPASS she spent a number of years employed within the marketing industry managing customer accounts and coordinating staff trainings. During this time Jenn developed many invaluable management, support, and organization skills, which she utilizes daily. You see she is also a mother to three very active hockey loving children. Jenn spends many evenings and weekends shuffling all three to and from hockey games and practices which as you can imagine takes a great deal of managerial and organizational skills. Another little tidbit about Jenn, she earned her BA in Spanish and Italian Languages from SUNY Albany, which she put to good use during her time employed in the translation services industry.
We are pleased she chose to join the BESTPASS team!
