Farm-to-Table Series at Tapawingo!

Each night offers a four-course menu featuring our organic vegetables and pastured meats, as well as a full cash bar including local wine and Short's Brewery beer.

Ryan and I will be on hand to greet guests and say a few words about our vision for our farm and community. If you haven't attended one of these events in the past three years, it's always been a unique and special each time. Friends and family can relax in a leisurely fashion, enjoying conversation and excellent food.

There is a twist this year as we need to build a new barn. It'll be a heated barn with a flat floor with more room to maneuver in. The new barn will more easily meet our new federal food safety requirements too. We will also have better coolers to keep our community in local organic veggies through the Winter and a road-side market that will not only provide veggies, but also accept Bridge cards, senior project fresh, WIC project fresh and double-up food bucks. We are donating all of the food for this year's events and 1/2 of the proceeds go into our barn-raising!
