National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Bring your unused or expired medication to the Leon Valley Police Department - 6400 El Verde Road - for safe disposal on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
 
Leon Valley Community Pool Closed for the Year

It really is fall when you see the Public Works Crew cover the pool. Another swimming season has ended and the pool will be maintained in winter storage until next May. We would like to thank all the citizens for their patronage of the pool and for making it such a great experience for everyone. See you next year!!!



Fresh Veggies Anyone?

The harvesting is underway and the fruits of the hard labor are evident! Good job Community Gardeners! We did have one gardener give up a plot and we don't have anyone on the waiting list, so if you are interested in organic gardening, please give us a call at 681-1232 and ask for Yvonne Acuna.
