Starting June 1, 2015 All Official Postings for the City of Leon Valley will be posted at the Leon Valley Public Library, 6425 Evers Road, until renovations are completed at 6400 El Verde Road.
 
LVEDC Begins Next Round of Façade and Signage Program Funding

The Leon Valley Economic Development Corporation will accept applications for the Façade and Signage Program from June 1st to July 15th.  Copies of the program guidelines and application can be found on the City of Leon Valley website: http://www.leonvalleytexas.gov/government/economic_development/leon_valley_economic_development_corporation.php 

 

Façade and Signage Program grants are valued at 50% (up to $10,000) of a an eligible project's expenditures.  The applicant must pay for the improvements or signage and then submit receipts for reimbursement of the grant amount.  Qualifying projects include those who paint or restore the exterior of their buildings, add or replace awnings and exterior light figures, and/or replace or add signs.  All improvements and signage must be in compliance with current City codes.  Eligible applicants must be sales tax-generating businesses or property owners with tenants who generate sales tax.  The project application must be approved prior to any improvements are made.  For more information, you may click on the link above or contact the Economic Development Department at (210) 684-1391.
