ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2014

PUBLIC DISCUSSION

The Leon Valley Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:30p.m. in Council Chambers at 6400 El Verde Road, Leon Valley, Texas, 78238 to consider amendments to the Zoning Code regarding the definition of "family" and further regulation of "parking" in residential neighborhoods. There were concerns brought to the City Council regarding too many persons and/or vehicles and commercial vehicles in various neighborhoods in the City in September 2014. The Council has begun addressing these concerns by sending them to legal counsel to draft amendments to current Code and now to the Zoning Commission for consideration and recommendation as required by the Local Government Code, Chapter 211 for Zoning amendments.

Please come share your thoughts and concerns with the Zoning Commission. For more information, call Kristie Flores, Zoning Commission Liaison at 210-684-1391, extension 227.
