Come welcome Stoney's Pizzeria to Leon Valley during the grand opening and ribbon cutting on Thursday, May 22, at 11 a.m.  Stoney's Pizzeria is located at 6526 Bandera Road, next to City Hall.  Stoney's features specialty pizzas in 16- and 18-inch sizes along with wings, salads and desserts.  The hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Perform a visual check for motorcycles by checking mirrors and blind spots before entering or exiting a lane of traffic, and at intersections.
• Always signal your intentions before changing lanes or merging with traffic.
• Allow more following distance - three to four seconds - when behind a motorcycle, so the motorcyclist has enough time to maneuver or stop in an emergency.
• Never tailgate. In dry conditions, motorcycles can stop more quickly than cars.
• Never drive while distracted.
