The City of Leon Valley is facing a difficult choice regarding the Grass Valley swimming pool, located at 6600 Strawflower, across from Raymond Rimkus Park. The City was recently informed that a great deal of money will have to be invested in the pool to assure it meets current State codes and to hire an operations management company. The following survey is designed to gain your input on 1) whether or not the pool should be opened for the 2014 swimming season, 2) the pool should remain closed, or 3) remove the pool and repurpose the property. The results of the survey will be published on the website the first week of April 2014.
