LVEDC Façade and Signage Program Ready for Launch in 2014!

 

The Leon Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) is pleased to announce that a new program for Leon Valley businesses is ready for launch in 2014.

 

The Façade and Signage Program is designed to assist sales tax-generating businesses make repairs or improvements to the exteriors of their business locations. In addition, the program may be used to make repairs to or replace business signs. Funding is a dollar-for-dollar match, up to $10,000.

 

There will be two (2) application periods for funding. The first opportunity for funding will be February 1 through March 15, 2014. The second opportunity will be June 1 through July 15, 2014. Beginning February 1st, applications may be submitted to:

Just a reminder - Be sure to recycle your Christmas tree! Public Works will be accepting Christmas trees until the end of January.

 

 

Utility Billing Reminder

Remember residents - we are still in the winter sewer averaging period (Nov. 15th to Feb 15th). This is the period in which your sewer rate is averaged and then set for the coming year. If you have a water leak, please contact Yvonne Acuna at 684-1391 x 224, in the Utility Billing Department for a Sewer Adjustment Request.
