Regular City Council Meetings are scheduled on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 7 p.m.   

Special City Council Meetings can be scheduled for different days and beginning times. 

Official public notices and meeting agendas are posted on the City's Bulletin Boards outside the City Hall front doors at 6400 El Verde Road, at least 72 hours before the start of the meeting in accordance with the Texas  Open Meetings Act,  and are also posted on the City's website.

Visit the Farmer's Market located on the parking lot near the Leon Valley Public Library on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Shop Leon Valley first!

The Ridge HOA Community Garage Sale

Neighborhood Garage Sale
Saturday, April 27, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
 
The Ridge is a community of 257 homes located just off the corner of Bandera and Wurzbach (behind the Wells Fargo Tower).  Homeowners are being encouraged to hold their Spring cleaning / garage sale on this day.  Last year, over 21 families participated.  More are expected to participate this year.

T'ai Chi Chih: 
Saturday mornings at 8 a.m., join us at the Leon Valley Public Library for T'ai Chi Chih:  Joy Through Movement.
  
T'ai Chi Chih is an easy to learn set of movements focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called "Chi."  It does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination.  People of all ages can learn it.
  
T'ai Chi Chih  meets rain or shine, all year around. Come join the group!  For information, call the Leon Valley Public Library at 210-684-0720.
