Leon Valley, Texas ~
60 Years Young!

Greetings!

This Week's ENews wraps up the City Council's business conducted on Tuesday, October 16.

Amongst other important business, the City Council  authorized the City Manager to negotiate the Municipal Facility Design Service Contract with the architecture firm of O'Neill Conrad Oppelt Architects and two other firms as recommended by the Selection Review Committee, an ad-hoc committee of the 2012 Leon Valley Bond Oversight Committee.  The City Council also authorized the City Manager to negotiate with two other firms; Alamo Architects and Kell-Munoz Architects, should the first negotiating situation not meet the City's requirements.

The City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a development agreement with Bandera Road Holdings, LLC, on the former Fiesta Dodge Property.

The City Council authorized a contract amendment with Halff Associates related to the enhancement of the Bandera Road Corridor to include funding from CIED Funds for the work related to the installation of monuments.

The City Council conducted interviews with three representatives from legal firms seeking to contract with the City to provide City Attorney services.  No action was taken.
