The City Council also authorized the City Manager to negotiate with two other firms; Alamo Architects and Kell-Munoz Architects, should the first negotiating situation not meet the City's requirements.
The City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a development agreement with Bandera Road Holdings, LLC, on the former Fiesta Dodge Property.
The City Council authorized a contract amendment with Halff Associates related to the enhancement of the Bandera Road Corridor to include funding from CIED Funds for the work related to the installation of monuments.
