Leon Valley Historical Society 2012 Pioneer Gala

Proceeds benefit the Leon Valley Historical Society and the restoration of the Huebner Onion Homestead. Enjoy a barbeque dinner and live entertainment by the award-winning Tennessee Valley Authority alongside friends, neighbors and community organizations, all committed to preserving and restoring this important landmark in Bexar County.

Official Program from 2 - 2:30 p.m. at Stage at Raymond Rimkus Park

Huebner Onion Homestead, Remarks by Mayor Riley at 3:15 p.m. followed by Tour of Homestead at 4 p.m.

 

Free-admission, community festival in Raymond Rimkus Park and the Huebner Onion Homestead complete with food, games and live entertainment on Saturday, Oct. 20. The entire community is welcome to help us celebrate alongside former mayors, police chiefs, fire chiefs, city founders and descendents of early settlers. Live entertainment, kids festival rides and games, living history demonstrations, hayrides and much, much more!
