Meet our Member: Anytime Fitness

Health & fitness is often at the forefront of our minds, and none are quite as engaging or interactive about being healthy than Anytime Fitness.

Cayman's first 24-hour gym based in Camana Bay offers its members a comprehensive range of classes to sign up for (including Tribe Team Training and MovNat), state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment to master, and friendly & knowledgeable trainers who can motivate you to get you to where you want to be.

Anytime Fitness also offer a corporate discount; something which would be beneficial to the Chamber Membership. They only require a small number of employees from each company, and they'll come by your offices and give you all the information you might need. For further information about corporate rates, contact Alyssa at alyssa.anytimecayman@gmail.com.

Each new member is entitled to two complimentary fitness consultations too!

We spoke to Alyssa ourselves about the gym and what they do.

The two-day event will give businesses the opportunity to meet their Caribbean peers, as well as allowing them to showcase their products and services to a wider audience.

Mentors Needed for 2017 Mentoring Cayman Programme

The Chamber of Commerce is looking for mentors to join the Mentoring Cayman programme for 2017.

The programme sees selected students from our nearby schools partnering up with a professional member of our business community, learning new skills for future development.

The programme is a terrific way for prospective mentors to give back to the community, and gives students the encouragement and education that they will benefit from.

Those interested in becoming a mentor must undergo a police clearance and provide the Chamber of Commerce with a resume which includes information about your education, employment history, and personality & hobbies.
