 Join the movement, Mentoring Cayman!
At the Chamber we believe that developing Cayman's youth to become the next generation of business and community leaders is central to the continued success of the country. To that end, we once again are planning the new 2015-2016 session of Mentoring Cayman.
Initially launched in 2002, Mentoring Cayman is a youth development initiative that has assisted more than 300 high achieving and motivated high school students to realise these goals.
We are now seeking 50 mentors from the local community to assist us in continuing this extremely effective programme, who will be willing to give some of their time for the benefit of Cayman's youth development.

Situational Leadership II (SLII) is the world's most taught leadership model-because it works! The foundation of SLII lies in teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and then use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person, team, and the situation. SLII Concepts introduces the theory of SLII in an engaging and informative way.
