The presentation will be delivered by Strategic Advisor to the Deputy Governor, Mr. Peter Gough and the newly appointed Director, Central Procurement Office, Mr. Craig Milley.

Leadership Cayman (LC) is a programme designed to develop and enhance leadership skills by providing the means for men and women from diverse backgrounds to assume active roles in meeting community needs. It is a dynamic, intensive, and interactive six-month experience that will leave participants with a deeper understanding of social, economic, business and political issues as well as assist them in realising their own potential and leadership skills and how best to employ them in a meaningful way.
Class members interact with diverse, high-level community leaders and decision makers by organising and attending a series of seminars and retreats in areas ranging from business, government, education, media, social services, criminal justice, diversity, the arts and more. A trip to the Sister Islands also introduces the group to some of the unique issues facing Cayman Brac and Little Cayman as our smaller and less developed communities.

Tomlinson Furniture Grand Re-Opening a Smash!
 Almost 200 people came out to the new Tomlinson Building on the corner of Hospital and Walker's Roads on Thursday, August 13 to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening and 40th Anniversary of Tomlinson Furniture.
Attendees at the Business After Hours were treated to a coupon for an additional 10% off already marked-down merchandise and entered into a drawing for a complete living room set, bedroom set and dining set which were given away immediately after a joyous ribbon-cutting ceremony.
