Membership Orientation a success

There was a full turnout of 22 Members at a Member Orientation Session held Thursday, April 9 at the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.   A Meet & Greet was held over a lunch prepared by new member, Treat's Restaurant, followed by a brief presentation about the Chamber in general and the many ways to maximise Chamber Membership. The session closed with a prize draw of gifts sponsored by Launa's Caymanite, XQ's and Lobster Pot. This was the first in a series of Member Orientations to be scheduled throughout the year.

The Chamber will be introducing a new initiative called Chamber Speed Networking.  Invited representatives will be treated to lunch in a relaxed setting giving them the opportunity to network with a variety of businesses and organisations.  Selected attendees will then be given a 5-minute slot to showcase their products or services.  This will be an excellent venue for creating new business relationships.

For more information on either of these sessions, contact Nicola at membership@caymanchamber.ky or 743-9129.
