Reading Is Cool Presented by Comerica Bank
is a free and unique literacy program focused on local public K-6 grade classrooms.  It promotes the importance of reading while sharing the excitement and enjoyment of a good book. Through a multifaceted approach that includes exclusive experiences and incentives, students are encouraged to succeed as individual readers and as a classroom team.

Monthly Certificate of Achievement
RIC Monthly CertBased on the great feedback we received from our 2011-12 teacher survey, we have added a newly designed certificate to our website as a reward to students who excelled but may have just missed received the "Reader of the Month" medal.

Please note: December totals can be submitted between January 7th and January 11th to allow extra time for schools still on Winter Break.

Input your unique username and password.

Enter your classroom's total pages read for the month and the name of your Reader of the Month and their total pages read to be eligible for the monthly S.J. Sharkie visits.

 

Remember to submit your monthly report for a chance to win autographed San Jose Sharks merchandise!

SAP Open Kids Day
It's not too late to sign up for the 2013 SAP Open Kids Day!  This is an entirely FREE and educational field trip for your class that includes lessons on health, fitness, and sportsmanship.  There is also a FREE essay contest.  Kids Day will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 at HP Pavilion.  For more information please visit http://www.sapopentennis.com/events/KidsDay.asp or contact Lynley Takaki at ltakaki@sharkssports.net.  See you there!
