Even with snow on the ground, more than 200 guests and volunteers celebrated Spring at the VNA's Spring Blooms! Fashion Show and Luncheon. Held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center, this fundraising event raises money for the Janet S. Munt Family Room, VNA's Parent-Child Center.
Through the generosity of our event sponsors, our guests and our raffle prize donors, more than $32,000 was raised to benefit the Family Room programs and services offered for free to over 400 at-risk families and their children from birth to age 6.

We also shared a special video about the programs at the Family Room.
"Grow With Me" Challenge
A new challenge was announced at the Fashion Show. The "Grow With Me" $10,000 Challenge will help us provide 50 families with children birth to six years old the chance to access gardens at Ethan Allen Homestead this summer. Supported by a $5,000 grant from the Permanent Fund, our goal is to raise an additional $5,000 by June. Funding supports 24 trips to the gardens and allows families to garden together and take home vegetables they harvest. To donate, visit www.vnacares.org/donate.
Thanks to our 2015 Fashion Show sponsors: Hanson & Doremus Investment, Bergeron Paradis & Fitzpatrick, Dinse Knapp & McAndrew, P.C., Dousevicz Real Estate, Northfield Savings Bank, Peregrine Design Build, Pines Senior Living Community, Queen City Printers, Inc., BerryDunn, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty, Essex Outlets and Cinema, Gadue's Dry Cleaning, New England Federal Credit Union, Paul Frank + Collins, Pomerleau Real Estate, Wake Robin, and Vermont Tent Company.
