Memorial Tree Lighting and Remembrance Ceremony
|
Join us for our annual Vermont Respite House tradition. This memorial service is a chance to gather to honor and remember our loved ones. During the ceremony, the names of all Vermont Respite House residents in 2012 will be read. This year's ceremony will take place:
Sunday, January 13, 2013 2 - 4 pm
Williston Federated Church Williston, VT
We also invite you to participate by sponsoring a bulb for the Vermont Respite House Memorial Tree. This tree remains lit during the holiday season. Your $10 gift will light a bulb in memory of the person or persons you have named to be honored. These names are included in the printed program at the ceremony. Following the ceremony, you are invited to join us at Vermont Respite House to see our tree and share in some refreshments. For more information or to download a memorial bulb order form, click here.

VNA Annual Appeal |
From our beginnings, your VNA has been a champion of the well-being of children and families. In 1906, the Burlington area had the highest rate of infant mortality in the country for a city its size. Your VNA was founded to improve the health of our community, and this work has continued to be our passion for the past 106 years. Twenty-five years ago, the VNA Family Room program began as a way to promote family resiliency and school readiness for young children. One of the first families in this program was a mother and father with three young children. This story is just one of many stories this year about how the VNA has delivered high-quality services and resources which promote health and independence from birth to the very end-of-life. Please consider supporting our vital work with a tax deductible year-end gift to the VNA. Thank you! .
