was established in March 2002 by Ron Williams in the Pinnacle Point area of Rogers, Arkansas after leaving the employ of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Legal Department as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation. Ron brought Tim Hutchinson into the firm as a junior partner at that time and the two of them have practiced law together for ten (10) years as Williams & Hutchinson LLP. In 2010 Bryan Vernetti joined the law firm as an associate and in 2012 Samantha Vernetti joined the law firm as Of Counsel.

           As of June 1, 2012 Tim Hutchinson has decided to leave the firm to pursue other opportunities in the area and the firm wishes him good luck in these opportunities. However the law firm will continue practicing law in its new offices at the Pinnacle Bank building at 4201 W. New Hope Rd., Suite 202, Rogers, AR and will provide legal services in the same areas of law that it always has.

           Ron Williams has changed the name of the law firm to "The Williams Law Group, PLC" and Ron, Bryan and Samantha will continue to provide the same quality legal services under that firm name.
