Our offices will be closed during the Holiday season from 12:00 PM PST on Friday, December 20, 2013 through 7:00 AM PST on Monday, January 6, 2014. 

 

Please be aware of the following:

  

 -CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING-

**SUBMIT YOUR ORDERS NOW - DO NOT DELAY!**

 

We will make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however please refer to the following cutoff times in order to guarantee that your order processes prior to closing for the holiday season.

 

Managed Wireless orders

Standard processing - 1:00 PM PST Tuesday, December 17th

Expedited processing - 1:00 PM PST Thursday, December 19th

 

Foundation or Unity orders

Expedited processing - 4:00PM PST Monday, December 16th

 

 

-VALUE ADDED DISTRIBUTION-

 

All Value Added Distribution orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST Friday, December 20th to guarantee shipment prior to our holiday closing.

 

All remaining orders received after 10:00 AM PST on Friday, December 20th will be processed when our offices reopen on Monday, January 6th.

 

 

-TECHNICAL SUPPORT-

 

No support will be offered on Tuesday, December 24th, Wednesday, December 25th, Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st. Emergency-only support will be offered as follows:

  • Friday, December 20th from 12:00PM to 9:00PM PST
  • Saturday, December 21st through Sunday, January 5th from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST

In the event of an emergency during this period (such as a complete network outage or catastrophic hardware failure) please email support@accessca.com with "EMERGENCY" written in the subject header and a member of our support team will contact you as soon as possible.
