September's rains were a good reminder of how it is nice to be on the inside looking out.

And it is even nicer when you know your windows are not leaking warm air from your home.

Easy Step #1: Call 4CORE to get a low-cost Window Test (valued at $250), $100 this month only.

Our certified assessor will perform a test to see how you can improve your windows' performance and reduce utility bills.

Low-Cost Window Test: At Your Service
HomeRx is back!
Does this sound familiar? You are sitting down to relax near a window after a long day and feel a cool draft. Your thermostat is turned to 68 (where it should be) and you are cold and NOT relaxed. Now you have to get up for a blanket or sweater, or move to a chair away from the window.

A common misconception is that your windows are drafty. However, the case may be that air is cooling and condensing along the pane and sinking down and onto you, also known as convective air flow.

Have your windows tested for just $100! This is a limited-time offer and ends November 15th.  Our window test helps assess if warm air is escaping from your home through the windows, or if you might just need a covering to reduce drafts. Infrared thermal imaging will be used with a blower door to reveal air leaks.

We'll help you find the best solution - whether it is insulating honeycomb blinds, window plastic, or simply air sealing. 4CORE's Tom Zajicek, nationally certified building science expert, is now taking assessment reservations.
