Energy Efficiency
As autumn comes around, why not weatherize your own home by inviting all your friends over for a caulk and seal party? Heating costs take their toll if your house is not totally insulated, but luckily caulk comes in a variety of colors that will help seal wood, vinyl, and metallic windows and trap heat in your house. The United States Department of Energy recommends half a tube of caulk to fully insulate each window.

Worksite Wellness
We all know the benefits of working out, but did you know that overtraining can be detrimental to personal health and happiness? Do you know when to stop when you work out? Be on the lookout for signs of overtraining: if you're still exhausted long after your workout and into the next day, if you wince and throb at every step, even when you are working out, or you feel ill and sick, you may be overtraining.
Give yourself a break and you will stay healthier and friendlier than if you spend too much time working out.

Luckily, Zero Hero has constructed a neat household emission calculator to give you a better understanding of your personal footprint.
