Energy Efficiency
Turning your thermostat up just one or two degrees in the summer and down one or two degrees in the winter can save you 20 to 30% each year. Recommended temperatures are 68º in the winter and 78º in the summer. This goes for your workplace and your home. You'll never notice the difference except in your cushy wallet. Did you know individuals who received as much as six hours of sleep a night were actually 25% more likely to fall asleep at work than those who got eight hours of sleep? In fact consistent lack of sleep leads to the equivalent cognitive function of a legally drunk person after two weeks. Get eight hours of sleep every night and do your body good.
