NEWSLETTER - March 10, 2014

Greetings from Conway
Daylight Saving Time is here again, although you'd never know it from looking out the window. We still have snowdrifts of two to three feet in much of our yard, and there's still ice on the eaves. It's been a rough Winter for all of us, and we're anxiously awaiting Spring.
Our Spring buying trip is just week away, and we're looking forward to visiting our favorite English antiques shops and fairs in pursuit of fresh stock for our Spring Opening on May 3 & 4.
But we're getting a little ahead of ourselves . . . .
This month's newsletter contains a few new inventory listings, not the least of which is the Charles II cane-back chair pictured above. There's also a small but varied assortment of artwork and other smalls.
The promised picture story of our Fall visit to Bruges is here, too, as well as the usual features. We hope you'll enjoy your visit with us today.

A look back
Stories and pictures from past newsletters
It's probably every antiques dealer's dream to sell out at a show.
Well, it actually happened to us many years ago.

The Back Page
Strolling through a previously undiscovered part of Bruges, we came across a family of swans, dutifully protected by its matriarch. She was kind enough to pose for a portrait, which we include here.
