3rd Annual Osprey Survey
98 Nests Identified on the Lynnhaven

For the 3rd year, the Virginia Aquarium and the Center for Conservation Biology at The College of William and Mary have conducted a two month-long Osprey survey of the Lynnhaven River identifying 98 nests.

Guided Bird Walks at Pleasure House Point

All walks will be led by LRNow and the Audubon Society.  We will meet at 7:30 AM on Marlin Bay Drive and walk a loop in Pleasure House Point including a stop at the Brock Environmental Center.  There is no fee, but a $5 donation will be appreciated and help offset our costs.

Do you have a dress form that we can borrow to display some of the Trashion Show outfits at the Fall Festival on September 19th?  We need several manikins or dress forms to use that day.  We will return them to you after the Festival.  Thanks for your help.

Do you have a child's or adult's life jacket that you are no longer using?  LRNow is in need of life jackets for shoreline plantings and other activities. Thank you for checking your garage or shed.
