River Cleanup
Saturday, April 12, 9- Noon

Come out to our next river cleanup Saturday, April 12th, join in the fun and feel good about contributing to a cleaner river.  This will be our first water based cleanup of the season.  We will meet at the Green Lodge Moose Run at 1045 Lynnhaven Parkway.  We will put in our kayaks and canoes behind the building and clean up trash along the nearby tributaries.  Call 757-962-5398 or email Dana@LRNow.org for more information or to sign up.

Access to a canoe or kayak is required.  There may be extra seats, or openings for a couple of people to do a land-based cleanup.

Cleanups are held the second Saturday of each month throughout the year.  Mark your calendar now to help out.  If you are aware of an area of the river that needs a cleanup, please let us know.  Also, if your business would like to be a sponsor of one of our cleanups, please contact us.
