First of all, a big thank you to all of our Committee Chairs for submitting your Committee Meeting materials on time! EGSA's Manager of Meetings and Conferences, Carla Powers, certainly appreciates your cooperation and your actions will ensure that your meetings will run smoothly.

Don't forget your attendance is required at the Committee Officer's Meeting on Sunday, March 20th from 4:00-5:00 pm in the "Chula Vista" room. If Committee Chairs are unable to attend, please make sure there is another representative from your committee present.

For our Chairs and our Liaisons, you will want to stick around after the Committee Officer's Meeting, as immediately following is the First Timer/New Member Reception from 5:00-6:00 PM, in the same location. Our Chairs will also need to come prepared to provide  a 30-second commercial on why newcomers should attend your committee meetings on Monday afternoon.

And don't forget that on Tuesday, March 22nd from 9:15-9:45 am in the General Session, the Chairmen will be joining me on stage for the Meeting of Members to recap the highlights of your individual committee meetings. Your recap is limited to 3 minutes, so be prepared to be brief!
