Gorgeous new additions from Les Jupons de Tess and Kiss Me Deadly!

Welcome to our January Newsletter!

January is always a time for clearing out the old and bringing in the new and this year is no exception here at Joanna's Wardrobe. The Winter Clearance Sale has been going on now since just after Christmas and I hope you've all managed to get yourself or a loved one something special - just for Newsletter subscribers and my Facebook and Twitter friends I'll let you into a little secret, we're keeping the sale going up till the end of January.

The other news this month is the gorgeous Privee Collection from Les Jupons de Tess and a relaunch of the Kiss Me Deadly Alouette Collection. As you can see, we've had both photographed by my good friend Nicole at The Hourglass, modelled by the beautiful Kristelle O'Chocolat.

I am particularly grateful to them because even though they were both severely delayed by snow on the day of the shoot, Nicole also managed to squeeze in Kristelle modelling the gorgeous bright red version of our own Roxanne girdle, pictured on the left. Thank you both! xx

Stop press! The Red Sirena Panty Girdle from Kiss me Deadly!

Just as I was about to go to press with this newsletter, Nicole sent me over a lovely photograph of a brand-new item that I hadn't even loaded onto the site yet because I had no photos - but now I have, and it can!

If you love big retro style knickers, but you also like to wear stockings, the gorgeous scarlet Sirena panty girdle will fit the bill perfectly!

The shapewear pant is styled in black with a red satin central panel surrounded by black lace. It's got a full cut rear and a vintage style v-cut to the legs that gives a lengthening effect.

and finally....stockings for everyday wear

Let's face it it can be hard to buy a pair of stockings for everyday wear. I love traditional 100% nylons but they have absolutely no stretch so you need to take into account both the length of your leg and its size and they can be very unforgiving. This is why once many women have found a brand and size that fits them they stick with it.

But if you haven't don't despair - stockings made using modern manufacturing methods and materials - such as these from Levante and Jonathan Aston - avoid the problem of lack of stretch but still look fantastic. I always recommend these types of stockings for anyone new to wearing or intending to wear for work or other everyday activities.
