Mops Mugho Pine
Mops Mugho Pine
Pinus mugho 'Mops'

Conifers shine this time of year and this little bun is no exception. Mops Mugo Pine is a low, dense and uniform grower that is a real low-maintenance plant. It grows at a rate of 3-5" per year and will mature to 4' high x 4' wide. It makes a good choice for the border, conifer or rock garden. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Native to high mountain sites in southern to central Europe like the Pyrenees and Alps.
Combine with other needled or broadleaf evergreens plus ornamental grasses for a complete look. You can even use them for your seasonal containers. We currently have some in 3 & 6 gallon pots plus many other specialty conifers perfect for dressing up the entryways.
