Friends of the Library

2nd grade students are looking for ways to help their community. and asked how they could help the library. We asked them to do book reviews on a selection of our new children's titles. We will be posting the reviews in this newsletter and on our Facebook Page and some reviews  can be found in the new books.

A few of the reviews:

Different Kinds of Maps by Julia Quinlan   10 Stars

"I would recommend this book to my friends and family because they can learn about maps."

From Milk to Ice cream  byStacy Taus-Bolstad    10 Stars

"This is an amazing book." This reviewer recommends this title for all ages.

Tumford's Loud Noises by Nancy Tillman     10 stars

"This book is about a cat named Tumford who is always making noises and is disturbing. Until this one moment when YOU tell him to sop being so loud! I recommend this book because Tumford the cat is funny with his loud noises!"
