Region of Peel, Home Ownership Program For Renters Is Back The Region of Peel has received funding to help renters who live in Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon who are interested in buying a home, but do not have the required 5% downpayment.

Participant Eligibility:
This program works alongside Realtors, Mortgage Brokers and Lawyers to complete this process. The Region of Peel will provide the potential buyers with a $15,000 downpaymentof any
resale property ONLY
All additional costs for example, lawyer fees, deposit, and any miscellaneous adjustments are responsible from the Buyer. Therefore, having
$5,000of additional funds already in your bank account prior to being accepted is required.
