Dear Friends,                             June 2015

This is our last month of school and our last newsletter of the school year. But before we sign off, we have news that we're excited about:

* The redesign of our website, to accommodate the site's expansion over the past few years, and the next. I invite you to browse through it (and bear with us as we roll out more pages throughout the summer), and see how much easier it is to navigate.

* Ezra's induction into the NYS Writers Hall of Fame. He's in excellent company: these New Yorkers created most of American literature!

* And looking forward to 2016 - it will be Ezra's 100th birthday! We're making plans for Keats celebrations throughout the coming year. Please join us for our festivities - and plan a party of your own.

NYS Writers Hall of Fame
Ezra Jack Keats was inducted in a ceremony on June 2, joining a Who's Who of great American authors. What an honor!

Here's hoping the summer brings balmy weather and other pleasures of the season. See you in September!
