"The Narinder Kapany Professorship in Entrepreneurship will be based at the university's Baskin School of Engineering as part of efforts to establish a comprehensive entrepreneurship program for the campus.This is the second endowed chair funded by Kapany, who served as a regents professor at UCSC from 1977 and 1983 and is currently a UC Santa Cruz Foundation trustee."
