WORSHIP ... GROW ... SERVE.

CURRENT SERMON SERIES:
LIVING IN A HOSTILE WORLD
This Sunday (2/28):
"Standing for Righteousness"
Scripture: Daniel 5

This Sunday we will take a closer look at Daniel chapter five.  In this passage Daniel is called upon once again to interpret God's message to the king.  In his message the Lord warns the king of his sinfulness of idolatry and pride, and Daniel points out the king's refusal to honor God.  What we will discover this week is that in order to navigate this hostile world, we are going to have to take a lesson from Daniel and make righteousness a priority in our lives.  And, as we will witness in this passage, if we are unwilling to stand up for righteousness, then our kingdom will eventually fall.  - ART

THE BRIDGE is now officially open - thanks to the hard work of many!  The decking has been painted with a skid-proof paint and, of course, you've seen the beautiful new awning.  As Pug Buttrill stated yesterday at the "ceremonial" ribbon-cutting, we want this new entrance to not only lead people into our building and to the Connections Counter, but, more importantly, to Jesus.
